About the Role
You will manage the procure-to-pay cycle, process invoices, oversee vendors and purchase orders, account for prepaid expenses, reconcile payables, manage inter-company transactions, use NetSuite or Oracle, support audits, and handle legal entity reporting and expense consolidation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4–10 years of experience in procure-to-pay or accounts payable
- Corporate or startup experience
- Extensive knowledge of accounts payable and procure-to-pay processes
- Experience with NetSuite or Oracle ERP
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to consolidate entity expenses into monthly group expense reports
Responsibilities
- Manage invoice processing, vendor management, purchase orders, contract management, and employee reimbursements
- Oversee prepaid expense amortization, provisions, and accruals
- Reconcile vendor and payable accounts
- Resolve vendor and payable discrepancies
- Monitor inter-company balances
- Manage inter-company invoicing, settlements, and tax transfer pricing arrangements
- Use NetSuite or Oracle to manage accounts payable processes
- Collaborate with controllers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support external audits
- Manage legal entity reporting
- Ensure timely quarterly and annual filings
- Consolidate entity expenses into monthly group expense reports
