About the Role

You will lead the global month-end close and consolidation process, oversee corporate accounting functions, prepare US GAAP financial statements, improve accounting processes, implement financial systems, coordinate audits, maintain internal controls, and scale a high-performing team.

Requirements

12+ years of work experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related business field
4+ years in a leadership role
Strong accounting and analytical skills
Experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects
Strategic leadership experience with system automation and special project implementation
Experience with Oracle ERP, Coupa, Workday, and Oracle FCCS
Excellent communication skills
Proactive problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

Lead the global month-end close and consolidation process
Ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP
Oversee opex accrual, prepaids, payroll accounting, and intercompany transactions
Build a center of excellence team for global controllership functions
Support product accounting and new product launches
Evaluate processes and reduce time to close
Lead scalable solutions for repetitive tasks using AI
Lead ERP and financial system implementations
Ensure close deliverables are audit-ready
Coordinate financial statement audits
Maintain internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Lead and scale the accounting team
