About the Role

You will own cloud and infrastructure security across AWS and GCP through infrastructure as code. You will secure key management, signing infrastructure, onchain flows, internal access, devices, endpoints, and CI/CD. You will lead incident response, detect anomalous fund movements, define the security roadmap, establish secure defaults, and deliver projects end to end.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of security engineering experience with deep infrastructure and DevOps expertise
  • Demonstrate strong backend fundamentals and the ability to read and write production code
  • Be based in Europe or able to work in European time zones
  • Crypto or blockchain security experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Start-up or scale-up experience is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Own cloud and infrastructure security across AWS and GCP through infrastructure as code
  • Own key management, signing infrastructure, and the security of onchain flows
  • Secure internal access and devices, including SSO, VPN, endpoints, and CI/CD
  • Lead incident response, detection, and monitoring for anomalous fund movement
  • Embed security into software delivery practices
  • Define and prioritize the security roadmap
  • Establish secure-by-default infrastructure and code standards
  • Own and drive security projects from end to end
  • Enable faster software delivery through effective security practices
