About the Role
Own the quality assurance strategy and lead testing across UI, API, and end-to-end workflows. Collaborate with product, engineering, and support stakeholders to prioritize testing, improve quality, manage delivery plans and resources, create documentation, and hire, mentor, and manage QA team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of QA experience with manual and automation testing.
- Experience with Selenium using Java or Python.
- Experience with Protractor using JavaScript.
- API automation experience with tools such as Postman and Rest Assured.
- Ability to convert requirements into detailed test cases.
- Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Experience with SaaS-based product companies.
- Fintech domain experience.
- Familiarity with Puppeteer or other modern testing tools.

- Lead the QA team to deliver high-quality software products on time.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize feature testing and align with roadmap goals.
- Define and maintain test strategies across UI, API, and end-to-end workflows.
- Ensure clear, user-friendly product documentation and test artefacts.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated product solutions.
- Manage project execution plans and resource allocations with senior engineers.
- Hire, mentor, and manage QA team performance.
- Champion process improvements, test coverage, and product quality with support and QA teams.
