About the Role
You will participate in a hackathon recruitment event for Java, frontend, full-stack, or data development roles. Depending on the selected track, you will develop business systems, APIs, web applications, or data platforms; write high-quality code; perform code reviews; support automated deployment; and help deliver stable, highly available systems.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of development experience in internet IT, financial technology, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related discipline preferred
- Strong data structures, algorithms, and complexity-analysis knowledge for Java roles
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, concurrent programming, and API design knowledge for Java roles
- MySQL or PostgreSQL, data modelling, and SQL-tuning experience for Java roles
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Redux, RxJS, or NgRx knowledge for frontend roles
- Webpack, Vite, Git, and npm knowledge for frontend roles
- Java, Spring Boot, React, or Angular skills for full-stack roles
- Java, Scala, Python, Spark, SQL, Hadoop, and data-processing experience for data roles
- English and Chinese communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver core business systems
- Write high-quality code and participate in code reviews and automated deployment
- Develop Java microservices and high-performance APIs
- Build responsive web applications and reusable frontend components
- Develop end-to-end applications, APIs, and integration tests
- Design and develop data platforms, data-processing services, and pipelines
- Build ETL processes for large-scale data processing and storage
- Collaborate across international and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
- Maintain system availability and stability
