About the Role

You will lead, coach, hire, and scale a team of Startups Account Executives. You will drive pipeline and revenue performance, define go-to-market strategy, align customer needs with product priorities, and enable technical customer conversations. You will attend the office at least three days per week from Tuesday through Thursday.

Requirements

• 4+ years of closing sales experience
• 2+ years of management experience leading high-performing teams
• Technical acumen in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
• Ability to guide representatives through complex technical deals
• Success in high-velocity sales environments
• Based in San Francisco or New York City
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week from Tuesday through Thursday

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Startups Account Executives to exceed pipeline and revenue goals
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy
• Recruit, interview, and onboard sales talent
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering on customer needs and product roadmap alignment
• Enable technical conversations with prospects and customers
• Foster accountability, learning, and collaboration within the sales team
