About the Role
Advise prequalified SME leads from the CRM, contact customers by phone, build trusted relationships, and guide them through the full credit application process. Explain financing options, maintain Salesforce pipeline and customer data, coordinate with credit partners, and develop expertise in SME financing products.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, or demonstrable customer-contact success in student jobs or internships
- Fluent, business-level German
- Good English
- A completed degree in business administration, economics or communications, or commercial training is advantageous
- Initial exposure to finance, fintech or startups is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Contact SME customers by phone
- Build trusted customer relationships
- Guide customers through the full credit application process
- Process qualified leads from Salesforce
- Explain partner financing options clearly and persuasively
- Develop expertise in modern SME financing products
- Support coordination with credit partners
- Keep customer information up to date in Salesforce
- Share best practices with the team
