About the Role

You will own the commission platform, configure plans and crediting rules, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, commission tools, HRIS, and payroll. You will implement and test plan logic, automate processes, build attainment and payout dashboards, support monthly close, reconcile bookings, and protect employee pay data.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales compensation systems, commissions operations, RevOps, or finance systems
• Experience administering a sales compensation platform such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Spiff, or Varicent
• Salesforce knowledge including objects, fields, reports, and opportunity and booking data flows
• Knowledge of commission accounting, accruals, month-end close, and general ledger reconciliation
• Experience integrating an HRIS such as Workday with a commission platform
• Experience handling sensitive employee and pay data

Responsibilities

• Own the commission platform, plan configuration, crediting rules, user access, and annual changes
• Build and maintain data flows between Salesforce, commission tools, HRIS, and payroll
• Implement and test system logic for plan designs, deal types, and SPIFs
• Automate manual processes and build attainment and payout dashboards
• Document commission rules and processes
• Deliver commission accruals and reconcile bookings to billing and revenue
• Maintain accurate employee changes and role-based access
