About the Role
You will deliver practical sales and leadership training for managers and communicate the consulting philosophy and sales methods through training and coaching. You will identify employees’ potential on site, prepare advisors for oral SAQ certification, improve the consulting approach across sales channels, and contribute your expertise to projects.
Requirements
- Experience in employee education, training and coaching
- Experience working with managers; leadership experience is preferred
- Knowledge of investments, pensions, financing and sales leadership
- Completed banking training and experience in in-person and/or telephone consulting
- Native-level German or French and very good proficiency in both languages
- Communication, facilitation, collaboration and structured cross-channel thinking

- Teach the consulting philosophy and sales methodologies through training and coaching
- Identify employees’ individual potential and support their development
- Prepare advisors for oral SAQ certification and deliver related training
- Further develop the consulting approach across sales channels
- Contribute expertise to projects
