About the Role

You will help Account Executives prepare for customer interactions and execute deals. You will coordinate proposals, materials, stakeholders, follow-ups, onboarding, and sales enablement. You will build repeatable workflows across CRM, AI tools, and data sources to improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, business operations, account management, consulting, financial services, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to turn complex or incomplete information into polished materials
  • Ability to work with Account Executives, sales leadership, and senior executives
  • Strong judgment and discretion with customer and commercial information
  • Ability to own projects and drive them through completion

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives with customer research, meeting preparation, materials, and follow-up
  • Prepare account briefs for strategic customer and executive meetings
  • Coordinate proposals, pricing materials, business cases, presentations, and deal documentation
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and deliverables to move opportunities forward
  • Track customer follow-ups, action items, and internal commitments
  • Maintain sales collateral, product materials, FAQs, and competitive information
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to keep sales materials accurate
  • Develop sales playbooks, templates, and best-practice resources
  • Support new-hire onboarding, product education, and sales training
  • Prepare sales meetings, account reviews, and leadership discussions
  • Track priorities, strategic opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Improve sharing of information and resources across sales
  • Identify work that can be standardized, automated, delegated, or eliminated
  • Build and maintain repeatable GTM workflows across CRM, AI tools, and internal data sources
  • Document successful workflows for adoption by the sales team
