About the Role
You will design automation systems centered on MujinOS, integrating robots, material-handling equipment, peripheral devices, and IT systems. You will define system architectures, select robot models and hand specifications, manage quality, cost, and schedules, and coordinate internal and external engineers through deployment.
Requirements
- Experience designing or deploying robotic, factory-automation, or equipment systems at a systems integrator, or experience driving automation-equipment or system projects
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
Responsibilities
- Design overall automation-system concepts based on customer requirements
- Design robot systems, including robot selection, hand specifications, and control specifications
- Design production lines incorporating peripheral equipment and conveying systems
- Evaluate system architectures across processes, equipment, and IT
- Manage project quality, cost, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal and external engineers
