About the Role
You will develop control, motion, and sequence logic in C++ and Python. You will integrate perception, sensors, and controls into robot behavior; build simulations and virtual commissioning; apply machine learning or computer vision; commission and troubleshoot software on hardware; and create reusable software components and tools.
Requirements
- Develop robotics software in C++ and Python
- Have practical experience with ROS, ROS2, or comparable robotics middleware
- Understand robot kinematics, motion planning, and control
- Integrate sensors and perception into robot behavior
- Use simulation environments such as Gazebo or Isaac Sim
- Apply machine learning or computer vision in robotics or automation
- Develop performance-critical or real-time software
- Know virtual commissioning of industrial systems
- Understand industrial robot interfaces
