About the Role
You will deploy, set up, test, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic surface-finishing work cells at customer sites. You will train customers, resolve issues across software, hardware, sensors, and tooling, provide remote and onsite support, document root causes, and share feedback that improves deployments and reliability.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of hands-on hardware and software experience
- Experience in manufacturing automation or a similar field
- Proficiency in Linux environments and remote support tools
- Professional Spanish and English proficiency
- Authorization to work in Mexico
- Ability to travel to Tijuana and Mexicali up to 75% of the time
Responsibilities
- Lead work-cell unboxing, setup, and customer training
- Set up and test work cells for customer manufacturing processes
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain control components
- Investigate and resolve issues across software, hardware, sensors, and tooling
- Provide remote and onsite customer support
- Collaborate on deployments and provide structured product feedback
- Use AI tools for troubleshooting, debugging, and technical documentation
- Travel to customer sites as needed
