About the Role
You will analyze customer technical challenges and design architectures using FuriosaAI solutions. You will optimize end-to-end AI inference pipelines, run proofs of concept, benchmark performance and accuracy, develop inference programs, provide technical training, and share customer feedback with engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science and at least 3 years of experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills for gathering and coordinating requirements
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with system development and operations in Linux preferred
- Development experience with C, C++, or Rust preferred
- Experience automating work using scripts preferred
- Understanding and practical experience with LLM serving and inference optimization preferred
- Experience operating container-based infrastructure such as Kubernetes and Docker preferred
- Experience designing performance benchmarks and analyzing accuracy preferred
- Experience in pre-sales or B2B technical support preferred
Responsibilities
- Communicate the value of products and SDKs in technical meetings and external events
- Gather customer requirements and design optimal technical solutions
- Design and execute proof-of-concept processes and analyze results
- Conduct performance and accuracy benchmarks and comparative analyses
- Develop practical AI inference programs using AI applications and the SDK
- Provide customer technical training and create guides and training materials
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to engineering teams
