About the Role
You will lead on-site robot deployments, integrate robots with customer infrastructure, and debug hardware, firmware, autonomy, and telemetry issues. You will build deployment tools and diagnostics, translate field observations into engineering requirements, and serve as a technical customer contact.

Responsibilities
- Lead on-site deployments of OM1-powered robots
- Integrate robots with customer networks, safety systems, workflows, and operator training
- Debug hardware, firmware, perception, navigation, and cloud telemetry issues in the field
- Build deployment tooling, runbooks, and remote diagnostics
- Translate field observations into prioritized engineering requirements
- Serve as the technical contact for customer engineering and operations teams
- Travel up to 50 percent to customer sites
