About the Role
You will assess customer needs and technical feasibility, configure and validate robotic systems, and manage deployments from setup through production ramp. You will lead on-site installations, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, support customers after deployment, and turn customer feedback into input for Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in robotics, automation systems, motion planning, perception, or controls
- Familiarity with Linux, Unix, Robot Operating System, and Python scripting
- At least 2 years of experience in applications engineering, solutions engineering, field robotics, or another customer-facing technical role
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deployments
- Availability for occasional nights, weekends, and on-call hours
- Ability to travel up to 75% across North America
