About the Role
You will monitor a deployed robotic cell during scheduled production runs. You will observe and document interruptions, faults, and unusual behavior; notify the engineering team about predefined issues; provide daily performance summaries; coordinate instructed restarts; and serve as the on-site contact during monitored shifts.
Requirements
- Current student at Shawnee State University
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to monitor equipment for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Monitor the robotic cell during scheduled production runs
- Observe and document interruptions, faults, and unusual behavior
- Record event timestamps and short descriptions
- Notify the engineering team when predefined issues occur
- Provide daily system-performance summaries
- Coordinate basic restart procedures when instructed remotely
- Serve as the on-site point of contact during monitored shifts
