About the Role
You will manage risk-management frameworks, risk events, mitigation controls, insurance coverage, and reporting for the Audit and Risk Committee. You will lead operational data-protection activities, coordinate with the external Data Protection Officer, and conduct impact assessments for products, platforms, and vendors. You will also maintain compliance tracking and coordinate international filings.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or data protection.
- Foundational knowledge of data protection and data security principles.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills for identifying operational vulnerabilities and designing controls.
- Attention to detail.
- Numeracy skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Enterprise Risk Register and implement mitigation controls.
- Maintain tools for measuring risk probability and impact.
- Investigate, monitor, and record risk events and lead post-mortem reviews.
- Manage the global insurance coverage portfolio.
- Prepare Audit and Risk Committee materials and quarterly risk reports.
- Act as the operational contact for data protection.
- Manage the relationship with the external Data Protection Officer.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments and risk reviews for products, platforms, and vendors.
- Maintain the global compliance-tracking framework.
- Coordinate international filings for legal review.
- Embed data-security best practices into architecture, policies, and audits.
