About the Role
You will develop and maintain an IT compliance program, conduct risk assessments, lead access recertification and vendor-risk processes, and manage compliance documentation. You will review vendor materials, identify and remediate gaps, prepare reports and dashboards, and contribute to quarterly Cyber Steering presentations.
Requirements
- Native-level English fluency
- 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, information security, or a related field
- CISA, CISSP, Security+, or similar security certification
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance guidelines
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Law, Business, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an IT compliance program
- Conduct risk assessments on internal processes and systems
- Lead access recertification and vendor-risk assessment processes
- Draft, manage, and update internal compliance policies and documentation
- Review vendor documentation for regulatory and security alignment
- Analyze data, identify compliance gaps, and implement remedial actions
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and summaries
- Contribute to quarterly Cyber Steering presentations
