About the Role
You will establish and lead the Singapore information security function. You will set security strategy, governance, controls and risk frameworks; oversee core security capabilities and incident response; embed security into products and technology; and represent security matters with regulators and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the information security strategy and programme for the Singapore business
- Build the Singapore security function, governance, policies, standards, controls and processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable MAS technology risk, cybersecurity and operational-resilience requirements
- Establish and manage the information security risk-management framework
- Implement global security standards and address Singapore-specific requirements
- Oversee security monitoring, identity and access management, vulnerability management, incident response, third-party security risk, data security and operational resilience
- Lead security incident preparedness, response, crisis management and regulatory engagement
- Embed security into products, systems and infrastructure
- Lead security aspects of regulatory applications, examinations, audits and assessments
- Establish security governance, metrics and reporting
- Oversee third-party and critical technology-provider security risks
- Build security awareness and accountability
- Define future security-function structure, capabilities and resourcing
- Represent the Singapore security function with regulators, auditors and partners
