About the Role
You will work directly with customers to implement and use the platform. You will assess Web3 asset risks and security postures, configure monitoring and response plans, build integrations and custom monitoring logic in Python, deliver training, and support technical sales engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards for digital assets and blockchain technologies
- Working proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations, and custom monitoring logic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external partners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven customer-facing engagement experience
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in analyzing Web3 assets, evaluating security postures, and assessing risks
- Advise customers on risk-monitoring configurations and develop monitoring and incident-response plans
- Maintain communication with customers about security issues and threat-landscape changes
- Collaborate with technology and ecosystem partners on integrations and solutions
- Deliver security training and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical client stakeholders
- Support sales with professional-services scoping, proposals, and technical positioning
- Configure and customize the platform, including custom rules, integrations, and Python scripting
- Provide hands-on implementation support that integrates security practices with customer workflows
