About the Role

You will own end-to-end management of regional proposal operations and serve as the primary point of contact for all RFP/RFI activities within EMEA. You will coordinate, create, and deliver proposals, RFIs and questionnaires to increase win rates, and complete technical questionnaires for existing clients. You will execute the response workflow for every project, delegate questions, track progress, manage Loopio, and handle formatting and stakeholder communication. You will interpret questions and craft targeted responses using library content and subject matter expert input, keep the response library accurate and up to date, and partner with Sales, Implementation, Product and Compliance teams. You will manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting all deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in proposal management, RFP response, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Outstanding written and oral communication with demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling value messages
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools
  • 1+ years of experience within treasury, financial services, or enterprise SaaS software environments (preferred)
  • Experience with Loopio or similar RFP software platforms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred)
  • Background in technical writing, competitive intelligence, or product marketing (preferred)
  • Proficiency in a second language (French, German, Italian and/or Spanish) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to increase win rates
  • Complete Information Technical Questionnaires (ITQs) for existing clients for audit and compliance purposes
  • Execute RFP/ITQ response workflows, including delegating questions, project tracking, Loopio management, formatting, and stakeholder communication
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting or exceeding all assigned deadlines
  • Interpret RFP/ITQ questions and create targeted responses leveraging library content and subject matter expert input
  • Ensure responses are grammatically correct and presented in a consistent voice and style reflecting the brand and value proposition
  • Continuously update and expand the response library to reflect evolving product functionality, market positioning, and competitive differentiators
  • Manage response review cycles to maintain library accuracy and relevance
  • Partner with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance teams to address prospect and client needs
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Leader to understand regional competitive landscapes, deal priorities, and go-to-market strategies
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, including the Security Compliance team, to deliver accurate responses before deadlines
