About the Role
You will design and engineer therapeutic antibodies from target selection through candidate selection and IND-enabling studies. You will define screening cascades, coordinate external studies, assess AI-designed antibodies with experimental data, maintain high-quality experimental records, and communicate findings to scientific audiences.

Responsibilities
- Design and engineer therapeutic antibodies and oversee programs end to end
- Define screening cascades and functional, developability, and binding assays
- Plan lead progression to IND-enabling studies
- Coordinate production, characterization, and in vitro and in vivo studies with external partners
- Evaluate AI-designed antibodies and feed experimental results back to research teams
- Maintain high-quality experimental data and documentation
- Communicate findings to biology, AI research, and life sciences audiences
