About the Role
You will own delivery timelines, milestones, accountabilities, and documentation for research and commercial partnerships. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, resolve delivery bottlenecks, protect technical leaders from administrative work, and uphold engagement security requirements.
Requirements
- Technical program management, research operations, or technical account management background
- Experience in long-cycle R&D environments
- Stakeholder management skills
- Process design skills
- Ability to synthesize research blockers into status updates
Responsibilities
- Own partnership delivery timelines, milestones, and accountabilities
- Align external deliverables with internal roadmaps
- Serve as the operational contact for external partners
- Reduce administrative friction for Research and Business Development leads
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across technical teams and external partners
- Manage partnership portfolios from onboarding through execution
- Maintain engagement documentation and meeting hygiene
- Conduct upfront diligence and uphold security requirements
