About the Role
You will own weekly end-to-end release qualification and build a dedicated team for triage and debugging. You will manage test and release planning, make release-blocking decisions, expand coverage across cloud and inference products, coordinate stakeholders, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in software integration, development, or quality engineering
- Release qualification experience
- Experience debugging complex issues across distributed scaled-out deployments
- Automation and programming expertise using languages such as Python
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of coverage trade-offs, risk-based prioritization, and go/no-go release decisions
- Written and verbal technical communication skills
- Experience leading and mentoring geographically distributed engineers
Responsibilities
- Drive weekly end-to-end release qualification
- Build and run a release-qualification team with planned triage capacity
- Own test planning, release planning, documentation, and tooling
- Lead triage, debugging, escalation, and release-blocking decisions
- Expand end-to-end coverage across Cloud, Inference Platform, and Inference API
- Coordinate with the cross-organizational qualification team
- Distinguish regressions from flakiness and maintain escalation records
- Mentor engineers on triage, debugging, and qualification methodology
