About the Role
You will manage strategic B2B client relationships as a day-to-day contact and trusted advisor. You will coordinate onboarding, lead client reviews, identify product-adoption and expansion opportunities, communicate feedback internally, track satisfaction, and own renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of B2B relationship management experience
- Written and verbal communication
- Relationship management
- Client adoption experience
- Fintech, brokerage, or crypto industry experience
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior management and C-level executives
- Partner with internal teams on onboarding and client implementation
- Identify expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and product-adoption opportunities
- Organize monthly client calls and quarterly business reviews
- Develop customer advocates
- Ensure service delivery measured by NPS
- Channel enterprise feedback into product roadmaps
- Provide reporting on client satisfaction
- Own retention and contract renewals
- Act as liaison between client feedback and product enhancement requests
