About the Role
You'll be the day-to-day owner of partner bank relationships at Cari, transitioning them from the Business Development team and carrying each partner through onboarding, go-live, and the full customer lifecycle. As Cari's first Relationship Manager, you'll help shape how the relationship management function evolves over time, partnering with banks to drive end-customer adoption of the Network and building the feedback loop that brings partner bank realities into Cari's roadmap. You'll serve as the named, senior point of contact for partner banks, running governance touchpoints and handling escalations. You'll lead each partner through onboarding, readiness checklists, and steady-state operations, working closely with the help desk and engineering teams on incidents, and translating performance data and strategic priorities between partner banks and Cari's product and release planning.
