About the Role
You will own candidate-facing recruiting programs, including employer-brand content, technical events, the referral program, university and early-career pipelines, and the talent community. You will audit and improve existing programs, track recruiting metrics, coordinate with Marketing, host events, create careers content, and develop a 12-month program roadmap.

- Event operations experience
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics
- Candidate marketing knowledge
- Writing skills
- Experience operating independently in a new function
Responsibilities
- Audit recruiting programs, candidate-facing channels, and recruiting metrics
- Relaunch and track the employee referral program
- Create and maintain a shared recruiting event calendar
- Publish careers-site and employer-brand content
- Host recruiting-focused technical events
- Launch and nurture the talent community
- Develop a 12-month recruiting-program roadmap
