About the Role
You will coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews; manage candidate logistics; maintain Greenhouse records; build effective relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders; and contribute to process-improvement initiatives and recruitment solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Availability to occasionally work overtime
- Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility for visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates
- Eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations if needed under ITAR requirements
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage candidate logistics
- Build partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Participate in process-improvement initiatives and special projects
- Maintain data integrity and update candidate records in Greenhouse
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and process improvements
