About the Role
You will coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video interviews. You will use Ashby to automate recruiting tasks, maintain accurate data and metrics, arrange candidate travel and expenses, greet onsite candidates, and improve recruiting workflows and office experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience in a scaling company
- Operational excellence and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Ability to maintain candidate confidentiality and privacy
- Experience coordinating schedules and communications with C-suite leadership
- Ability to work in person Monday through Thursday
Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone, onsite, and video conference interviews
- Use Ashby to automate recruiting tasks and support candidate experience
- Maintain accurate data and gather metrics for reports
- Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense claims
- Greet candidates onsite for interviews
- Deliver a high-quality recruiting experience
- Lead projects that improve workflows and office experiences
