About the Role
You will own the end-to-end recruiting process and create a positive experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers. You will partner with hiring managers on position profiles and market needs, execute sourcing strategies, and analyze and report recruiting metrics.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company
- Expertise in recruiting, outbound sourcing, and closing candidates across technical and business roles
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
- Strong English and Japanese written and verbal communication

- Own the full-cycle recruiting process

- Create and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics
