About the Role
You will identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other platforms. You will manage recruiting from outreach and application intake through interviews, offers, and post-hire follow-up. You will organize recruiting events, share information on social media, and partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct recruiting experience in the IT or technology industry
- Track record of successful hiring across multiple functions and levels, from junior through senior and management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify recruiting issues and implement solutions
- Strong Japanese communication skills
Responsibilities
- Source and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other platforms
- Build direct relationships with candidates and communicate the role and employer value proposition
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from outreach and applications through interviews, offers, and post-hire follow-up
- Plan and operate recruiting events and social-media communications
- Partner with department leaders and members to understand hiring needs
