About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles. You will proactively source candidates, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers to define roles and calibrate candidates, remove hiring blockers, maintain Ashby data, share status updates, and improve interview frameworks and recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology or crypto/Web3 environment
- Ability to hire across technical engineering and infrastructure roles and non-technical GTM roles
- Strong sourcing and talent-pipeline-building skills
- Experience with Ashby or a comparable applicant tracking system
- Clear communication with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to operate independently and connect work to organizational goals
- Ability to seek feedback and iterate on approach
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
- Source proactively and build talent pipelines
- Identify and address recruiting gaps across functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate candidates, and remove blockers
- Connect recruiting work to team success metrics
- Maintain accurate data hygiene in Ashby and provide stakeholder updates
- Improve recruiting processes and interview frameworks
- Communicate the OP Labs story to candidates, including candidates new to Web3
