About the Role

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned early-career roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and candidate guidance. You will build talent relationships, use pipeline data to improve recruiting strategies, partner with hiring managers, and support inclusive hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• 4+ years of recruitment experience
• University recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Workday experience is a plus
• Ashby experience is a plus
• Project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
• General business knowledge
• Interest in the entertainment industry

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
• Build talent pipelines and conduct candidate sourcing
• Conduct screenings and interviews
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and foster positive relationships
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external candidates
• Use data and insights to assess talent pipelines and strengthen recruiting strategies
• Support inclusive early-talent recruitment
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business needs
• Stay current on industry trends, company objectives, and market dynamics
