About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruiting across general and administrative functions. You will manage high-volume and strategic searches, use data to prioritize pipelines, build scalable processes, apply AI and automation, advise stakeholders, and improve candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting across G&A functions including Finance, Legal, People, and Operations
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and strategic searches
• Experience managing heavy requisition loads across multiple hiring managers
• Ability to use data to prioritize work and identify bottlenecks
• Experience building repeatable processes and using AI and automation tools
• Stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of candidate profiles, compensation, and assessment criteria across levels

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across general and administrative functions
• Adapt candidate profiles, compensation benchmarks, and assessment criteria by segment and level
• Manage high-volume pipelines and strategic senior searches
• Use data and systems to prioritize work, identify bottlenecks, and maintain pipelines
• Build scalable recruiting processes and use AI and automation to increase throughput
• Provide calibration, market insight, and process-improvement expertise to stakeholders
• Own hiring outcomes across a diverse portfolio
