About the Role

You will support real estate activities for renewable energy project development, construction, and financing. You will coordinate surveys and site reviews, maintain land data, process invoices and agreements, review title materials, support title-curative work, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk and enable project financing.

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of real estate principles, processes, and industry practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Interest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure
  • Experience in real estate development, renewable energy, infrastructure, land administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP, GIS, and Google Earth is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Support real estate activities for project development, construction, and financing
  • Coordinate surveys, site-plan reviews, buildable-area analyses, and site visits
  • Maintain land-related data and support its integration with GIS platforms
  • Route, approve, and process vendor invoices through SAP Fiori
  • Route, approve, record, and track site-control agreements and title-curative documents
  • Review title reports and develop title-curative strategies and action plans
  • Review ALTA surveys for accuracy and completeness
  • Support mineral ownership research, utility crossing consents, and mortgage subordinations
  • Collaborate with title companies, brokers, surveyors, government agencies, landowners, attorneys, and internal stakeholders
