About the Role
You will perform radiochemical analyses of environmental and effluent samples while following safety, quality, radiation-protection, and environmental standards. You will enter and verify results, calibrate and monitor measurement equipment, archive reports and samples, maintain procedures and calculation sheets, manage consumables, and contribute to laboratory improvement and scientific and regulatory monitoring.
Requirements
- Have a Bac+3 scientific qualification in chemistry or physical measurement
- Know chemistry, physical measurement, radioactivity, and office software including Word and Excel
- Know ionizing-radiation measurement, alpha spectrometry, gamma spectrometry, metrology, uncertainty calculation, and control charts
- Have beginner English

- Perform radiochemical analyses of environmental and effluent samples
- Participate in interlaboratory tests
- Enter and verify analysis results
- Calibrate and monitor measurement equipment
- Archive reports and samples
- Write and verify operating procedures and calculation sheets
- Contribute to method programs and scientific and regulatory monitoring
- Ensure consumable availability and replacement
- Propose and implement laboratory improvements
