About the Role
You will execute complex financial and critical processes, analyze business problems, reconcile reported issues, and identify scalable technology and automation opportunities. You will conduct root-cause analysis, develop interim solutions, collaborate with business partners, and improve operational procedures and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Ability to analyze large data sets using Excel or Access
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and operational controls
- Knowledge of Fidelity Health and Welfare products or HOBS/FHB systems is a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and reporting
- Research and resolve issues using client plan rules and procedures
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify gaps, trends, and interim solutions
- Analyze large data sets using Excel or Access
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with business partners and operations teams
- Assist and coach the broader virtual team
