About the Role
You will assess source-term documentation, radiation-protection data, user needs, and current methods. You will develop a tool to centralize and track source terms, support room-classification studies, and define a data model covering radionuclides, operating states, systems, equipment, calculation assumptions, and document references.
Requirements
- Master's-level engineering studies or equivalent university training
- Knowledge of pressurized water reactor operation
- Knowledge of radiation protection, physics, modelling, and radiological consequences
- Operational English
Responsibilities
- Assess available source-term documentation and radiation-protection data
- Identify engineer user needs and current source-term methods
- Develop a tool to centralize, structure, and track source terms
- Support source-term use in Room Classification studies
- Define a data model for source terms, radionuclides, operating states, systems, equipment, calculation assumptions, and document references
