About the Role
You will develop and execute manual test scenarios, cases, and scripts for enterprise applications. You will test functionality, integrations, security, performance, and user acceptance; manage defects; validate Salesforce configurations and APIs; verify data integrity; and coordinate testing with users, developers, and vendors.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with software testing methodologies
- Experience with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex business-system implementations
- Knowledge of manual testing methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Analytical, problem-solving, debugging, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and develop test scenarios, cases, and scripts
- Design, execute, and maintain tests for application functionality and fixes
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance, security, and performance testing
- Identify, document, track, retest, and verify defects
- Validate Salesforce configurations and custom Apex code
- Perform REST API integration testing using Postman
- Verify data integrity during migration and routine operations using Data Loader, SOQL, and SQL
- Coordinate integration testing and user acceptance testing with users and vendors
- Provide testing status reports
- Validate application readiness before production release
