About the Role
You will lead end-to-end client delivery projects, including operating models, workflows, custody and tokenization platforms, and technical implementations. You will deliver cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives, conduct source-of-funds analyses and wallet screening, produce crypto due-diligence reports, and support sales RFPs, RFIs, and other commercial priorities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field
- 2–5 years of consulting or project-management experience in financial services or fintech
- Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets
- Project prioritization and multi-project management ability
- French and English fluency
- Willingness to travel to client locations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery projects for clients
- Design operating models and workflows
- Set up custody and tokenization platforms and manage technical implementations
- Deliver cross-functional strategy and operations projects
- Support regulatory filings, business requirements, operational improvements, and international expansion
- Produce source-of-funds analyses, wallet screening, and crypto due-diligence reports
- Support compliance reviews, onboarding, and investigations
- Contribute to sales RFPs and RFIs
- Support commercial and operational priorities
