About the Role

You will manage end-to-end delivery projects for financial institutions and other clients, designing operating models, setting up custody and tokenization platforms, and coordinating technical implementations. You will also deliver cross-functional initiatives, conduct blockchain due diligence, support commercial requests, and manage multiple priorities with precision.

Requirements

Master’s degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or project management within financial services or fintech
Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem
Knowledge of custody, trading, tokenization, staking, and derivatives
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong prioritization and attention to detail
Fluency in French and English
Willingness to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client delivery projects
Design operating models and workflows
Set up custody and tokenization platforms
Manage technical implementations with client teams
Deliver cross-functional projects across business functions
Manage regulatory filings and business requirement specifications
Drive operational improvements and international expansion initiatives
Produce source-of-funds analyses
Perform wallet screening and crypto due diligence
Support sales RFPs and RFIs
Handle ad hoc commercial and operational priorities
