About the Role
The Project Manager will lead customer implementations of Legion's workforce management platform, managing project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, scope, change management, stakeholder communications, customer expectations, and adoption outcomes. The role partners with internal teams, vendors, solution architects, and customer leadership while maintaining product and industry expertise.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise software implementation program and project management experience.
- Workforce Management and/or retail experience.
- Advanced PMP, CAPM, or similar certification.
- Experience with Agile scrum-based project management.
- Experience leading implementation partners.
- Experience presenting to Executive Steering Committees.
- Strong organization and customer-meeting planning skills.
- Polished English communication, persuasive presentation, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects through all implementation phases.
- Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform.
- Manage project team deliverables and quality standards.
- Create customer-facing presentations, kickoffs, UAT kickoffs, and executive decks.
- Lead customer discussions and workshops.
- Oversee risk, change, scope, and success-criteria management.
- Manage customer expectations, timelines, budgets, escalations, and project communications.
- Coordinate Legion, vendor, and customer teams.
- Use SmartSheet to maintain project plans and resource requests.
- Identify and prioritize product bugs and enhancements.
- Maintain product expertise and communicate release themes to customers.
- Advocate for customer needs and support customer success outcomes.
