About the Role

You will support PMO initiatives that improve project execution, communication, and operational efficiency. You will analyze project data and processes, create dashboards and documentation, capture meeting actions and decisions, contribute to governance initiatives, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders
• Ability to work with data and draw insights
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Exposure to Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support PMO initiatives to improve project execution, communication, and operational efficiency
• Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to identify improvements
• Analyze project data and business processes for trends, risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities
• Create dashboards, reports, process documentation, and visual tools
• Contribute to program visibility, consistency, and governance
• Capture action items, decisions, and project updates in meetings and workshops
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
