About the Role
You will lead end-to-end telecommunications modernization projects across four parallel workstreams. You will manage UCaaS and CCaaS implementations, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, oversee migrations, manage risks and dependencies, and present project status to executives.
Requirements
- Complete 2–3+ UCaaS and/or CCaaS implementations
- Demonstrate project management experience managing phased rollouts across multiple vendors
- Demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Have healthcare or hospital-system experience
- Understand telecom, voice, contact center, and legacy analog/POTS environments
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end telecom and communications modernization projects
- Manage UCaaS and CCaaS implementations, phased rollouts, and vendor coordination
- Oversee fax migration from analog systems to Concord or Zoom Phone/Fax
- Manage the evaluation and implementation of Zoom Phone, Cisco, and Microsoft Teams
- Lead contact center migration to Genesys Cloud CX
- Coordinate replacement of POTS, emergency, and life-safety lines
- Manage vendors, timelines, dependencies, risks, and executive stakeholders
- Provide executive-level presentations, status reporting, and communication
