About the Role
You will coordinate card-network compliance programs within the Financial Integrity pillar, manage governance and remediation activities, translate network requirements into procedures, oversee dispute and chargeback obligations, maintain documentation, and drive scalable process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, compliance, risk, operations, payments, or similar cross-functional roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or a regulated environment preferred
- Familiarity with card-network monitoring programs, dispute and chargeback frameworks, or fraud compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing structured programs and driving progress without direct authority
- Experience with program governance, remediation tracking, documentation, or internal control frameworks
Responsibilities
- Lead program management activities across the Financial Integrity pillar
- Coordinate card-network monitoring programs and dispute and chargeback obligations
- Maintain program plans, trackers, milestones, action logs, and governance routines
- Translate card-network requirements into policies, procedures, playbooks, and actions
- Coordinate remediation plans, findings, threshold breaches, and program obligations
- Support oversight of dispute and chargeback compliance
- Maintain documentation, operating procedures, and control artifacts
- Identify program-management gaps and propose process improvements
- Prepare updates and materials for leadership reviews, governance forums, audits, and external discussions
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Commercial, Product, and Operations stakeholders
- Standardize fraud, dispute, and chargeback compliance programs
