About the Role

You will lead physical data-center deployment projects from planning through testing and handoff. You will coordinate site readiness, vendor execution, structured-cabling installation, schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder updates, and process improvements. You will also travel to data-center sites when needed for deployment oversight.

Requirements

7+ years of technical project or program management experience in infrastructure deployments, data center operations, hardware rollouts, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Knowledge of data-center site readiness, networking, server deployments, and cloud readiness
Experience with hardware deployments, rack and stack operations, or physical-layer infrastructure rollouts
Experience managing complex technical projects from inception through completion
Proficiency with project-management tools and Gantt charts
Written and verbal communication skills
Analytical problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to physical data-center sites

Responsibilities

Oversee site readiness for equipment installation and operational deployment
Lead physical-layer and cable-infrastructure rollouts from planning through testing and handoff
Oversee structured-cabling installation and vendor compliance with designs and timelines
Align project goals, dependencies, and deliverables with engineering teams and external partners
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
Identify risks, constraints, and resource blockers and establish mitigation strategies
Deliver project progress, risk, and milestone updates to stakeholders
Standardize and optimize deployment methodologies and documentation
Travel to data-center sites as needed for project oversight
