About the Role
Support the end-to-end delivery of a state-of-the-art AI datacenter construction and 180MW energization project in Tydalen, Norway. The role coordinates schedules, documentation, procurement tracking, contractors, suppliers, architects, and global stakeholders to support timely commissioning and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years supporting complex construction or mission-critical projects.
- Experience coordinating multi-vendor timelines and site teams.
- Strong proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Excel, and document control platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, power distribution, switchgear, transformers, cooling systems, and commissioning documentation.
- Experience supporting projects across time zones and cultures.
- Familiarity with commissioning, readiness planning, and structured turnover.
- Norwegian or Swedish and English proficiency required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the Norwegian contractor landscape and HSE expectations is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support scope definition, master scheduling, milestone tracking, and budget input coordination.
- Coordinate progress across architects, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Manage contract documentation, procurement workflows, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor deliverables.
- Support contractor onboarding and compliance documentation in a Norwegian regulatory environment.
- Maintain risk, issue, action, and change-order trackers and support mitigation planning.
- Run weekly project rhythms, produce status updates, and maintain stakeholder communications.
- Own the project documentation system, including RFI and submittal logs, drawing revisions, meeting records, and change logs.
- Ensure document version control, timely distribution, and audit-ready organization.
