About the Role
You will perform hands-on part templating while leading quality and operational consistency. You will document standards, manage schedules and assignments, monitor output, coach team members, onboard new hires, and refine templating processes to meet customer and production priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in part templating, robotic weld programming, CAD/CAM operations, or a related manufacturing or robotics discipline
- Ability to create organized process documentation
- Experience managing team capacity, task assignments, and delivery schedules
- Ability to coach team members and translate workflows into training
- Ability to deliver individual output while leading broader team operations
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain part templating documentation
- Monitor output quality and coach team members
- Manage the part templating schedule and team capacity
- Distribute and reprioritize templating assignments
- Onboard and train Mission Control team members
- Evaluate new-hire work and provide structured feedback
- Balance hands-on templating with process refinement and operational leadership
