About the Role

You will support project planning and execution by tracking milestones, progress, action items, and schedules. You will coordinate communication between teams in Germany and China, support suppliers, translate documents and meetings between Mandarin and English, maintain documentation, organize meetings, coordinate lab activities, and help deliver product demonstrations.

Requirements

Currently pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in a related business, management, engineering, AI, or robotics field
Demonstrate project planning, task tracking, and stakeholder coordination skills
Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
Create and maintain structured documentation
Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
Understand Bills of Materials
Use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence
Use planning or visualization tools such as Visio or Gantt charts

Responsibilities

Track project milestones, progress, action items, and schedules
Coordinate information and communication between China and Germany
Maintain supplier information, collect quotations, confirm lead times, and coordinate documentation
Translate project documents and facilitate Mandarin-English meeting communication
Organize weekly meetings and maintain shared documentation
Support lab coordination, project-topic tracking, and product-demo logistics
